Entries for the 2019 Kalamunda 50 and Kalamunda 30 will be open in the near future, so hang tight and wait for the “Enter Now” link below to go live!
Entries for the Kalamunda 50 and Kalamunda 30 close Wednesday 10th July.
The Kalamunda 50 will incur an entry cost of $80 per rider including your insurance. Just like in 2018, if you are not a MTBA member you do not need to buy a day licence making the event a flat entry rate for all competitors.
The Kalamunda 50 is open to competitors from the age of 18 upwards with categories catering for Open, 40+ and 50+ in both Male and Female denominations.
NEW FOR 2019 - E-Bikes will have their very own, separate bike race! Starting from the corner of Patterson and Bracken Road at a later time, E-Bikes will be able to complete the 50km course following the main race. E-Bikes must be pedal assist only and meet all Australian Standards.
The Kalamunda 30 will incur an entry cost of $50 for Open Male and Open Female competitors while Junior Males and Females will incur a $15 entry cost for the 30km event.
Minimum age limits apply as per the MTBA guidelines with minimum age being measured as at 31/12/19. The minimum age for the 50km is 18 and 14 for the 30km. We will not make any exceptions on these ages.
As in other years, $10 from every entry will be donated to trail development in Kalamunda.
